Booking a Platinum Sounds DJ is easy.  Simply print out the Contract, Information Sheet, Order Form and the Blank Request List.  Go to the Song List Page and print out your lists, highlight the songs you'd like played, complete the Contract, fill out the Information Sheet and the Blank Request below.  Finally, mail in a completed Contract, Song Lists, Information Sheet and $100 dollar deposit.  (Schools, Companies And Non-Profit Organization are not required to submit a deposit)

Please add a 8% service charge on all credit card payments.  

All contacts must be executed by persons 18 years of age or older.

If your event is a wedding reception, please print out the "Reception Planner" instead of the "Information Sheet".
